All Sides

a pulse beating

in your ears

suddenly stops____

the empty stomach

gurgles bile and air

like a sewer

sucking down trash____

functions to walk 

away from,

    tag along unwanted,

    unhappy, under

    bad decisions.

we may not want

to be bitter,

but life has responsibilites,

to sustain our learning,

with instruction examples____

all sides have consequences.
