Unsettled

 

when the hour calls out with questions,

reply that you don't have answers

say instead, leave me alone

or go away with your inquiries

tell the hour your brain is resting

up for a surge of genius

unlike any you've ever expected

then ask yourself

what you are doing

in such a way that 

all reasonable excuses, 

melt into air rising

then make a frappe

foamy enough

that milk bubbles

will decorate

your upper lip
